EMO?

ang daming misconceptions ng tao about sa EMO. ano ba yun?
share ko lang kung ano ang nalalaman ko about it. correct me if i'm wrong.

EMO is NOT:

1. FOB, MCR, no. Not Alesana or Saosin.

2. Your bad hair day.

3. Your tight pants. -- i have nothing against your pants, just don't associate it with being "emo"

4. Your black shirt. -- and i also have nothing against your shirt. as long as it doesn't say "I'm So EMO"

5. Your broken heart.

6. Suicide

7. EMO is not a PERSON (ex: I'm EMO! ---that sounds so wrong)

8. so not your about your shoes.

9. no, not even about poems.

10. if emo was about your one sided hair style, then Jose Rizal would be EMO. -- i have nothing against Rizal. heh.

11. aint fashion.

12. sorry to hurt your feelings, but it's not about your black friendster layout with broken hearts, blood,
and blades on the side which says : im so EMO (ang labo noh?)

13. and last but not the least. EMO doesn't stand for EMOTIONAL.

well.. uh, i know that it's the same old thing but,
the PESOS site wouldn't be complete without this.. So I posted it in a much simpler way..

Well anyways, How do i start, hmmmmm... (BAHALA NA..)
The so-called EMO hairstyle was taken from the Japanese Rock Hairstyle way back around late 70's or early 80's, take for example the Fashion of the band JAPAN-X,

TRIVIA:
Did you know that the first so-called "EMO MUSIC" was invented under the influence of Alternative Music with a little taste of PUNK HARDCORE plus the Teen Agers sense of ANIME FASHION from J-ROCK.PRESTO! May EMO kna!
Which was ofcourse, WRONG!

DEFFINITION:
"EMO is just hardcore with an A**H*** Screaming into a mic with octave chords in the background"

.Im a member of this community since way back 2007. The porpuse of this thread "Emo Education" is to educate(enlighten) the membera about the emo music scene.Pero ay naku wala pa din naman nangyari ahahahah.yeah tama ka pabayaan natin sila kanya kanyang trip trip lang naman yan eh.nagulat na lang ako kung bkit may thread pa na ganito alam ko dahil sa thread na to kumonti na ang naging active sa group na to actually binubuhay nalang to ng mga lumang members at yung mga kasabayan ko hahahahahahaha.

As what as said,magbasa nlang sa mga responsible na forum that can clearly educate the person. Isipin mo kung bakit ganun ang tugtog ng emo nuong 1985-2001, Isearch mo yung lyrics ng kanta kung may mahahanap ka sa google ahahaha.

mocchi tnx for being straight forward about the ideas that other members have but
just so you would know and this goes to the rest of the members that PESOS started
out to be the 1st EMO EDUCATOR in the PHILS. and we will still do.

EMO=MUSIC plain and simple...If you're talking about emo as UG will my answer is
YES and NO...why???...yes because it started basically from UG scene..The thing here is that people got the wrong impression or even the idea about "EMO" so it ended up as one of the most talk topics for suicide,fashion,or even characters nowadays,in short the word "EMO" made it to mainstream.

Opinions are highly appreciated in this thread...As long as you know
how to defend what you have posted...So bring it on guyz...Just keep it coming...XD
