so whats up being "emo"?

na found this when im surfing teh net..

just wanna share it to you guys..

well, i watched myxposed around 12:00 pm. their episode is all about "emo". every musician-slash-managers-slash-students-slash-ordinary people really gave their best opinion they could and it's great listening to their side, of defining what is "emo". francis brew of band "the dawn" and a dj of "nu 107" says that "emo" is the shorter term for emotional hardcore......

its a genre and and you cant be a genre....

it is a genre, but its also now accepted as a "fashion statement".

2. Emo is the short term of Emotional which is the opposite of Naive

- Kasama ang hair sa expression pero hindi naman sinabing may bangs Emo..Si Lady Gaga Emo pero tignan mo itsura...

The thing about indie rock is it isn't a real genre. Emo is DIY, hence, it is indie rock (independent rock.)

Well, it's just what I see...like I said, Hindi ako sure kung agree or disagree lahat sa aken, because everybody in this forum has his/her point of view of what "Emo" is. And my post was just my point of view so yeah, just get over it. You what they say, "Everybody is a critic" kaya, hindi ko sineseryoso yung mga nagrereply saken..hehe..well, it's good for correcting my ways and I thank you for that Peace out!

in my opinion..

emo can be described in 3 different way..

1) Genre / Music
2) Attitude
3) Fashion

Brokenman, I'll break you literally. You've got the first one right but you just lost my respect by writing the other 2.
